SCHOOL YEAR FROM SEPTEMBER, 2003 TO JUNE, 2004

Re-Registration Fee |
The Re-Registration Fee of $100 per family per year includes: Guaranteed Placement
for your child, Montessori Workshops, Parent Information Evenings, Montessori and
Related Literature on request, Student Insurance, Administration Fees, T-shirts as
needed for your growing child and School Membership to OFIS. (The Ontario Federation
of Independent Schools believes that: All parents have a prior right to choose the type
of education that shall be given to their children and works toward Government support.)
The Re-Registration Fee is non-refundable. |

Placement |
All parental requests for a class placement will be considered, however, the
School reserves the right to make the final decision. |
|
Payment |
Tuition Fee Payment is made by means of Post-Dated Cheque(s). The
Statement of Account and signed Application Form must be enclosed with the
$100 Registration Fee and post-dated cheque(s). This will ensure a space for
your child. Please be aware that children may not be permitted to attend
school if post-dated cheques or full payment have not been received by the
first day of school. |

Withdrawals |
If it is necessary to withdraw a child from the School:
(a) A minimum of one month's written notice (or one month's fees in lieu there of) must be
given.
(b) No refund will be made after January 15/02.
(c) No refund on the Re-Registration Fee.
Please note:
The school reserves the right to request a child's withdrawal.

Extra Half Days |
Parents of a Half Day child who wish to leave their child for a Full Day occasionally
(for a doctor's appointment, etc.), may do so at the rate of $21 for an extra morning or
$19 for an extra afternoon, payable when used. |

Non-Attendance |
Please be aware that if your child is absent for any period of time (holidays, illness,
etc.) that the child's place is held. As our expenses continue and this space cannot
be replaced with another applicant from the waiting list, we regret that we cannot
allow refunds, or permit your child to make up time outside of the regular class
and time assigned.

Late Pick-Up |
If your child is picked up after your Campus' closing time, there will be a charge of
$2.00 per 5 minutes, which is due at time of pick-up. This charge does not go to the
school but directly to the staff, as this is their payment for staying overtime with
your child. |

NSF Cheques |
N.S.F. CHEQUES ARE SUBJECT TO A PENALTY OF $15 PER CHEQUE. |
|
Late Fees |
THERE IS A 2% CHARGE PER MONTH FOR OVERDUE ACCOUNTS. IN ADDITION, IF YOU RE-REGISTER
AT THE EARLY FEES, THESE FEES WILL BE CHANGED TO THE NEW FEES,
IF YOUR PAYMENTS ARE LATE. |
